I, like the rest of you, am a sucker for a chubby baby. Those pinchable cheeks, thunder thighs, ankle rolls, and that deliciously round tummy!

My favorite name for chubby babies has always been "chunky monkey".
(Not to be confused with the Ben & Jerry's ice cream flavor, though they are equally scrumptious.)

Chunky Monkey is now available as a bodysuit (sizes 6m to 24m) in my Etsy shop. This design will very soon be available on a toddler tee also!




P.S. I tried to fatten up my cute little model for this shot but he is a hopelessly skinny baby,
unlike my oldest son who would have rightfully been dubbed a "chunky monkey". 
I still enjoy my littlest guys pinchable baby cheeks  :)

Our new toy has arrived!  I had mentioned that I was going to be doing a review on something spectacular! Well, here it is!  It is a Melissa & Doug City Ramp Racing Set!

Sounds pretty stinkin' cool, eh?

Well, it is!

After about 15 minutes of construction time I set my two munchkins loose on this solid race track!

Melissa & Doug is one of my very favorite toy makers! They make top quality, solid wood, takes-a-beating type toys. The boys had soooo much fun with their new race track. It even made my littlest guy giggle every time the car would go down the track. He definitely approved.

The track came with 2 wooden cars also but that wasn't enough for my boys. They have been trying out everything with wheels on this track, from hot wheels to trains. Too bad the hot wheels never make it down without crashing. lol.

For being a big toy, this track really doesn't take up much space. It fits neatly in a corner when I'm cleaning up.

This awesome toy is from CSN Stores. They have just about everything you could ever want. It's like the Wal-Mart of the internet, but without the crowds. 

Which color?

I keep looking at these 3 colors and I can't decide which new Women's tee color to choose.  Each one is super cute and I want them all but I have to narrow down my choices to only one lucky color.

Help!

Dusty Pink, Turquoise, or Chocolate?

(My Internal Conflict): "I wear blue a lot and that turquise is so trendy, but my eyes are drawn to the pretty oh-so girly pink. And chocolate brown is so. . . chocolatey (and classic), and chocolatey. So I want the. . . Pink! No, Blue! No, Brown! aaah!"

So, help save me from my own insanity and tell me which color you can see yourself in. And help me save a few brain cells while you are at it.

Alice in Wonderland has always been one of my all-time favorite stories. It takes you away to somewhere far beyond reality where imagination mixes with a dose of pure madness.

I am a huge fan of Alice, as well as a huge fan of Tim Burton movies, and an even bigger fan of Johnny Depp. So obviously I'm a little bit excited to see the new Alice in Wonderland!! I'm counting down the days!

I am a lucky girl! I have a fantastic opportunity to do a review on the coolest product! It's from http://www.allchildrensfuniture.com/
This site is great! It's full of cool stuff like furniture (obviously), and great kids bedding and room decor, and even some amazing toys!
I don't want to give away what it is yet but I will tell you that it isn't furniture, it's a fabulous TOY for my cute little boys!

Right now my kids are hooked on trains and anything to do with trains. No, the review won't be about trains but I'm hoping this cool toy will open their eyes to the world outside of railroad tracks, trains stations, and steam engines.   ;)

Adventures of the Craft Maiden

All year long we joke with my hubby and his sisters about what we are going to dress up as for Halloween. Even though we all know most of them won't dress up at all (party poopers!)
 We have even started coming up with "stupid superhero" names for each other! Sounds like fun right?

 While we were coming up with crazy names like "The Windbreaker" and "The Sprinkler" and "Super Bean" (FYI, these names weren't for me. lol.)

 . . . my Superhero name ended up being . . . CRAFT MAIDEN!

I have a little boy who LOVES trains more than anything in the world! I think he would live on a train if he had the choice.
This tshirt was designed for him, my little engineer :)

Our newest bodysuit is "The World Revolves Around Me".
This one is dedicated to my youngest boy who has me wrapped around his little finger (and he knows it). My world really does revolve around my kids.
